Trouble Sleeping?

You are not alone! It is estimated that 1 in 3 of us have trouble getting the amount of sleep which can cause knock on effects in many other areas of our lives.

Sleep problems continue to be one of the main issues I treat in my clinic. It is also one of the most rewarding for me as a therapist as your life can literally change once you are getting enough sleep.

 

It is usually quite quick and easy to change a sleep pattern and can include tackling issues such as

* Stress and anxiety

* Breaking negative thought cycles

* Learning how to relax yourself to sleep

* Desensitising the mind to noise, light etc

* Subconscious fears and expectations

 

Remember, we all know how to sleep – sometimes our minds just need to be reminded.

I am running a FREE workshop to teach you to sleep better. For many people, this workshop is enough to regain a normal sleep pattern. Make sure you book your place early to avoid disappointment.
